In days gone by, if you wanted to track someone down by their telephone number, you contacted the White Pages. If the number you were searching happened to be a listed landline number, youd get your results and that would be that. But if you wanted to locate a cell phone owner, you were pretty much out of luck short of paying a private detective or contacting the cops.
